The Deputy PM is responsible for managing, directing, and supporting the oversight of one or more programs that benefit SiloSmashers. This role involves assessing and managing risks related to program schedules and performance to ensure successful outcomes. Additionally, the Deputy PM holds a comprehensive supervisory role, including assigning work, prioritizing tasks, coaching team members, evaluating individual and organizational performance, and providing training. To support ongoing success, the Deputy PM will also develop short- and long-term strategic plans and prepare justifications to secure necessary resources. Working across multiple projects, the Deputy PM analyzes new and complex project-related problems and develops innovative solutions involving finance, scheduling, technology, methodologies, tools, and other components. Overall responsibilities Oversee daily operations to ensure all tasks and deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and according to client expectations. Maintain compliance with contract terms, manage documentation and deliverables, resolve issues, and monitor performance to meet contract objectives. Foster strong client relationships by proactively identifying opportunities for value-added service, addressing evolving client needs, and enhancing collaboration to strengthen partnerships. Serve as Business Operations Subject Matter expert to Work Description: Identifies rules, principles, or relationships that explain facts, data, or other information, and draws logical conclusions. Analyzes and provides solutions to complex problems. Ability to apply systems acquisition processes, policies, procedures, and practices necessary to develop and assess technical and economic feasibility, including cost, schedule, and performance. Ability to research, plan, coordinate, and brief actions in support of leadership's goal, objectives, and vision. Ability to work with and across executive staffs, joint staffs, commands, and agencies. Providing data-driven metrics and analysis to support decision-making for the organization. Employs all aspects of quality project management, including risk management, scheduling and cost control, quality assurance, change management and resource management.
