We are seeking a highly experienced and versatile legal professional to join our team as Deputy General Counsel, based in our Vermont office. This pivotal role requires a candidate who can provide comprehensive legal counsel across a broad spectrum of legal issues critical to a growing technology business. Our legal team is integral to OnLogic's operations, managing contract negotiations with customers and suppliers, ensuring adherence to all domestic and international statutes, and overseeing the expansion of our trademark and patent portfolio. A key focus is also placed on trade compliance, guaranteeing global management for all inbound and outbound shipments.
