Requirements

Education: Masters in Management, Engineering, Finance, or Public Administration; or Bachelors in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (required).
Experience: 10+ years in senior management of water/wastewater utilities, with proven success in budgeting, compliance, and team leadership.
License: Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) and valid CNMI or U.S. drivers license.

Responsibilities

Lead daily operations of water and wastewater systems, ensuring top performance and full compliance.
Drive strategic planning, infrastructure upgrades, and sustainability initiatives.
Mentor and guide diverse teams toward operational excellence.
Oversee budgets, projects, and partnerships with local and federal stakeholders.
Serve as Acting Executive Director when needed to ensure strong, steady leadership.
