The Deputy Director, Outreach & Partnerships, assists in the management and coordination of statewide programs and initiatives that support veterans, service members, and their families. The position provides operational and programmatic support for key departmental initiatives, planning and implementing outreach and communications initiatives, and representing the Department at meetings and public events. The Deputy Director also supports interagency collaboration, assists with special projects, and provides supervision to interns and volunteers.
