Reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), with wide latitude to exercise independent judgment, the Deputy Commissioner for Public Information will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of the Office of Public Information. The Office of Public Information produces OTI’s public, inter-agency, and internal communications; craft language for press releases, public testimonies, social media posts, the website, and general correspondence; and act as the main point of contact for the media, elected and other government officials, and the public.
