About The Position

Position Overview: Applied Innovation is seeking a self-directed and detail-oriented individual to support the daily operations of our Parts Department as a Depot Specialist. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficiency in parts testing, pulling, packaging, and inventory management. This is a full-time role Monday to Friday.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Mechanical skills with demonstrated experience in copier repair across multiple manufacturers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the Parts team.
  • Dependable, professional, organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor incoming lease returns and assess if parts can be salvaged.
  • Use CEOJuice dashboards to identify parts eligible for pulling.
  • Test and pull parts for daily service calls.
  • Test and pull parts to stock the Depot.
  • Package, shelf, and ship Depot parts properly.
  • Create and maintain accurate reporting documentation.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe depot and warehouse environment.
  • Conduct regular Depot inventory audits.
  • Provide general support to the Parts team as needed.
