Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Strong communication skills
Ability to lift at least 25 lbs, bend, kneel, and stay active during shifts
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and vehicle registration
Reliable transportation and mobile phone
Dependable, punctual, and professional
Must pass a background check
TB test required (can be completed after interview)

Responsibilities

Provide companionship and emotional support
Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry
Support clients with dementia and Alzheimer’s care
Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, hygiene)
Perform safe transfers (gait belts, Hoyer lifts – training provided)
Transport clients to appointments, errands, and outings
Maintain client safety, dignity, and comfort at all times

Benefits

$14–$17 per hour (up to $20/hour for specialty cases)
$150 referral bonus (no limit)
