POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for a variety of operations support duties including the wire transfer process, handling return items, research requests, ATM/Debit Card maintenance, internet banking support, various reconcilements, internal and external customer support, etc. This position will be assigned primary duties within the department while maintaining competence in all other duties through periodic rotation.
