About The Position

We are a community bank that has been established since 1887. Deposit Operations Specialists are responsible for a variety of duties to support the deposit operations functions of Range Bank, always providing excellent and consistent service to internal and external customers. Position is located at our McClellan branch. Position Flexibility There is some flexibility in start and end times, along with days of the week to be worked. Ideal applicant can work between 24-28 hours per week. Flexibility to work hours between 8:30am- 5:00pm Monday-Friday

Requirements

High School Diploma
1-3 years experience in a related position
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel
Demonstrates strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent interpersonal/customer service skills

Nice To Haves

Some college education or degree in a related field
Knowledge of banking operations

Responsibilities

Provides excellent customer service in a friendly and professional manner
Performs multiple processing tasks such as non-posts, stop payments, return items, overdraft items, fraud monitoring, and other various functions as assigned
Responds to account & operational requests from customers and employees, and provides appropriate solutions, or makes appropriate referrals/recommendations to other departments
Performs account research on an as-needed basis
Perform other projects and initiatives, as required, contributing to the continued improvement of overall company performance
