About The Position
TEKsystems is looking to hire a Deposit Operations Specialist to work with one of the largest, rapidly growing banks in the Midwest. Job Details: Receive a high-volume queue of incoming transactions on a daily basis Audit transactions to determine proper course of action Communication via phone and email with internal branch partners Make general ledger entries based on pay/return decisions Proficient in Microsoft Office Strong attention to detail
Requirements
- Banking knowledge or similar experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in-office 5 days/week
Responsibilities
