We’re looking for someone to own the business success of Pace’s agents at our largest insurance customers. You’ll drive post-deployment outcomes: adoption, measurable optional impact, and expansion across workflows and teams. You’ll sit at the intersection of customer operations, product strategy, and account growth. This role doesn’t require a software engineering background. At Pace, we're building a talent-dense team where teammates grow into leaders. This might mean growing into a world-class IC, owning a line of business, or leading teams.
