What You Will Do Coordinate movement of pre-production hardware between manufacturing and test locations within mainly Cedar Rapids, IA and Coralville, IA location Collect raw data from various sources, including SAP, and provides filtered and formatted reports in MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, and MS Access to the Operations Program Manager or other management weekly, monthly or as requested Prepare, update and monitor spreadsheets for tracking build status and procurement status Performs as primary focal point coordinating and reporting status and problem resolution during the pre-release, release, and revision of product – works closely with Engineering development teams and Manufacturing teams Coordinate the set-up of project meetings and may lead meetings Build productive working relationships in the organization in order to obtain or provide information or data requiring some explanation or interpretation May act as Cost Account Manager (CAM) for prototype/pre-production hardware builds May take meeting minutes and track action items to closure What You Will Learn Helping with projects as needed with Material Program Specialists Possible career path to Material Program Specialist

Requirements

  • Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
  • U.S. Citizen, U.S. Person, or Immigration Status Requirements: The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
  • Security Clearance Status: Active and existing security clearance required after day 1

Responsibilities
