About The Position

Sales-Focused Spa Associate Team Leader Wanted Sell. Lead. Train. Grow. Are you a sales leader who happens to love the spa and wellness industry? We’re not looking for someone to just “manage operations.” We’re looking for a high-performance sales manager who knows how to build, train, and lead a team that sells — confidently, consistently, and successfully. This role is all about revenue. You will be the driving force behind membership sales, service upgrades, and retail performance — and you’ll know how to train others to get results.

Requirements

  • A sales-first leader — with a proven track record of hitting (and exceeding) targets
  • Experienced in training others to sell — not just selling yourself
  • Confident with numbers: conversions, retail per ticket, membership growth, etc.
  • A strong communicator who can inspire, correct, and motivate in equal measure
  • Professional, polished, and passionate about customer experience
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, goal-oriented environments
  • To apply you must already be living locally.
  • This is a sales AND leadership position. You must enjoy selling and leading other to sell.
  • The position requires the ability to work any 5 of 7 days per week and the ability to work opening, mid or closing shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Executing sales strategies that drive membership, retail, and service upgrades
  • Training and coaching team members (front desk spa associates) to sell without being pushy
  • Monitoring daily/weekly/monthly sales KPIs and setting clear performance goals
  • Leading sales meetings and 1:1 coaching sessions focused on conversion, upselling, and retention
  • Hiring and developing team members with a focus on accountability and sales performance
  • Delivering a consistently exceptional guest experience that supports conversion and repeat visits
