About The Position

The dentsu Summer Experience Program is an immersive, 10-week program designed to prepare emerging professionals to contribute meaningfully to our work. You will report to the manager on your respective team. Quick Info: This paid, full-time internship will run from June 1 through August 7, 2026. Applications will be accepted until 4:00 pm Eastern on March 16, 2026. You will join our teams in our New York or Chicago office 3 days per week. As an intern, you may have the opportunity to: Work within our Brand and Social Creative teams. Hone strategy fundamentals, including how to craft an insight, how to write an effective creative brief, and how to infuse culture into brand thinking. Participate in monthly Strategy Show-and-Shares, which are department-wide meetings dedicated to sharing inspiration, information, and educational resources. Attend team meetings, where you’ll gain exposure to the inner workings of how campaigns are born, and how strategists can help make ideas happen. Work with multiple teams and brands building a comprehensive understanding and successful application of secondary research tools. Partner with our Planners to set-up research projects and analyze qualitative and quantitative data into arguments or stories. Conduct research to help identify insights and understand category, brands, and target. Partner with a Mentor to set and achieve development goals.

Requirements

  • U.S.-based candidates graduating from an undergraduate or graduate program in 2027.
  • No prior professional experience is required to apply.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.
  • Employment-based visa sponsorship (including H-1B sponsorship) is not available for this position
