Requirements
- A minimum of four years experience in a fast-paced dental office with HMO and PPO insurance
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Dentrix dental software (preferred)
- Bilingual English/Spanish
Responsibilities
- Providing excellent customer service to all patients and visitors
- Case Presentation and insurance benefit education
- Entering treatment plans into Dentrix
