About The Position
Austin Children's Dentistry is looking for a Dental Treatment Plan Coordinator in Austin, TX to assist our clinical team by providing a high level of patient care and satisfaction while operating in a team-based environment. Position Overview: As a Treatment Plan Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in guiding patients through their treatment journey, educating them on their options, and ensuring a seamless scheduling and financial coordination process. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about patient care, detail-oriented, and skilled in administrative support. What we offer: Full-time Schedule: Monday thru Thursday 745am-4:30pm
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Minimum of 2 years of front office experience, preferably in a dental setting and dental software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience working with various dental insurance plans, couples with strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Educate, consult, and present patient treatment plans in clear and supportive manner
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Verify and process insurance for clinical appointments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and information using dental software
- Collect and process payments for services rendered
- Manage doctors and hygiene schedules as needed
- Support marketing and promotional efforts to drive patient engagement and growth
