About The Position
We are looking for an amazing Dental Financial Coordinator to join our Dental Practice! Seeking an experienced Financial Coordinator to join our rapidly expanding company. The Office Manager at Children's Dental FunZone will be responsible for all clinical and non-clinical aspects of the day-to-day operations, including leading a positive office culture, ensuring an excellent patient experience, and driving case acceptance and revenue growth. Children's Dental FunZone is dedicated to serving children, toddlers, and teens' unique needs. We offer comprehensive services including preventive Pediatric Dental Care and Orthodontics. Our teams of dental professionals are changing the face of pediatric dental care through our dedication to oral health and compassionate care for our patients and their guardians. Requirements
- A minimum of 1 year as a Dental Financial/Treatment Coordinator.
- Must have a thorough knowledge of dental billing, insurance PPO/HMO plans along with Denti-cal.
- MUST LOVE WORKING WITH CHILDREN.
- Customer service and sales experience
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and computer skills
- Must be available to work some Saturdays
- Knowledge in Treatment Planning
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of Dentrix preferred
- Upbeat personality
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
- Motivative and ambitious to grow
Responsibilities
- Discuss treatment planning, treatment options, benefits, and financial arrangements with patients
- Familiar with electronic billing
- Knowledge of PPO, HMO, and Denti-cal insurance plans
- Commination well with Children and their parents
- Prepare, present, and educate patients on dental treatment plan options
- Offer patients alternate means of payment methods
- Educate patients on healthy lifestyles and Hygiene
