In this role, you’ll maintain sterilization procedures for all dental instruments and equipment, serving a crucial role in helping us deliver patient-centered care that is safe and effective. Find out: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GyC3DFYq0zg Schedule: Part-Time, Monday-Thursday, 7:30am to 4:30pm (Anticipated 33 hours/week with Fridays + Weekends OFF) Highlights of the Position: Demonstrates compassion, collaboration, communication, and appropriate quality assurance standards in patient care. Sterilizes all dental equipment and instruments. Properly disposes of all biohazardous material. Maintains up-to-date knowledge of and complies with all safety, sterilization and infection control requirements as set forth by PCHC, OSHA, and other agencies. Is a good steward of quality assurance standards, modeling and providing education as appropriate. Maintains sterilization logs, assuring information is accurate and appropriate. Demonstrates a team approach to patient care. Is flexible in supporting the needs of the clinic, stepping in to perform other duties as assigned. Collaborates with administrative and clinical teams to identify ways to improve patient experience. Requirements

  • High school Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Clinically trained individual who is highly organized, collaborative, and who has an eye for the details.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous clinical experience preferred, but not required.
