About The Position

Sealy Kids Dentistry located just 20 minutes west of Katy, is an established pediatric dental practice seeking an experienced Dental Patient Coordinator to join our team full-time. We are a fast-paced office with a close-knit team that genuinely enjoys working together. At Sealy Kids Dentistry, we celebrate each child’s uniqueness and provide the tools and training needed to make every visit enjoyable. Our ideal candidate will be outgoing, detail-oriented, and bring a positive attitude to work each day. We ask that applicants have at least two years of dental or medical front office experience and a desire to learn and grow within a team. Requirements

2+ years of dental or medical front office experience is required
Knowledge of insurance verification and patient collections
Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
Professional appearance and demeanor

Nice To Haves

Bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Provide a welcoming and positive patient experience, both in person and over the phone
Answer calls and schedule appointments
Keep schedules booked efficiently and confirm appointments
Verify insurance eligibility and update patient records
Create and explain treatment plans, ensuring patients understand their total estimated cost
Collect co-pays and outstanding balances, posting payments to patient accounts
Review financing and payment options at the time of service
Maintain a clean and organized front office and waiting area
Assist with light office upkeep (laundry, trash, restocking supplies, etc.)
