Admin Duties/Responsibilities: Answer phone calls on a multi-line system and provide assistance to dental offices in a professional manner. Effectively manage phone calls and computer tasks simultaneously. Welcome and direct visitors and clients. Coordinate deliveries and prepare cases for delivery and shipment. Maintain office supplies and coordinate maintenance of office equipment. Receive and process incoming cases. Prepare billing for cases. Communicate with technicians and dental offices in a professional manner. Performs other related duties as assigned.
