About The Position

Northeast Delta Dental in Concord, NH is looking to hire a full-time, onsite, Dental Insurance Customer Service Representative to work in our call center. Our Dental Insurance Customer Service Representatives respond to questions from subscribers, producers, groups, and dental offices in a timely and accurate manner regarding Delta Dental products and claims. The Customer Service Representative position earns a competitive salary at $22.00-$24.00/hour, depending on experience. Requirements

  • Two years of related experience, or equivalent training, experience, and/or education
  • A happy attitude
  • We want someone who will be warm and empathetic with customers and will diligently seek accurate answers to their questions

Responsibilities

  • Researches claims and coordinates information from other departments to respond to customer inquiries.
  • Works collaboratively with other internal department personnel to resolve customer inquiries.
  • Authorizes adjustments to billing in order to resolve customer service issues.
  • Works with dental office personnel to clarify subscriber's coverage level, identify allowable procedures, and resolve billing issues.
  • Maintains positive rapport with dental office staff members to ensure a positive image of Northeast Delta Dental.
  • Composes and sends written correspondence via mail or email to subscribers and purchasers to answer questions, clarify benefits, or respond to inquiries.
