A day in the life... Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, courtesy, and enthusiasm, addressing customer inquiries promptly and effectively Assist customers with scheduling, product information and billing questions, to ensure a seamless experience Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems Follow established phone etiquette standards and standard operating procedures to create positive customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently Support sales initiatives by identifying customer needs and promoting relevant products or services when appropriate Conduct analysis of customer feedback and call data to identify trends and suggest improvements for service quality
