About The Position

Monarch Dental in Lewisville, TX is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join their team. This is an opportunity for individuals looking to grow their career in a supportive, team-oriented environment. While experience is preferred, the company is open to training the right candidate who holds a valid Texas RDA certification. Requirements

• Meet all state-specific dental assistant credentialing requirements for the duties assigned in the state of employment (e.g. RDA, CDA, EFDA, state registration, or equivalent as required by the state)
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• Knowledge of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and OSHA/HIPAA standards
• Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and operatories
• Take dental radiographs (X-rays) as required
• Ensure patients are comfortable and informed throughout their visit
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Support overall office flow and clinical efficiency
