About The Position

Monarch Dental is seeking an experienced and patient-focused Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team in Hot Springs, AR. In this role, you’ll work alongside dentists and hygienists to deliver high-quality care while ensuring a comfortable and efficient patient experience.
We’re looking for someone who is clinically strong, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Requirements

• Meet all state-specific dental assistant credentialing requirements for the duties assigned in the state of employment (e.g. RDA, CDA, EFDA, state registration, or equivalent as required by the state)
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• Knowledge of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and OSHA/HIPAA standards
• Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care

Responsibilities

• Preparing patients and treatment rooms for dental procedures
• Helping to educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies
• Improving oral health, solving dental challenges, and bettering smiles every day
