What you’ll do As our Demand Marketing Manager, you will own the MQL pipeline from end to end. You’ll be the bridge between Market Strategy, Sales, and Product, ensuring that every lead we generate isn’t just a contact, but a high-intent opportunity ready for conversion. You’ll spend your time in three high-impact areas: Demand Generation & AI Strategy: Designing multi-channel inbound strategies and implementing AI-driven lead scoring that adapts to buyer behavior in real-time. Hyper-Personalized Journeys: Mapping the prospect experience and using predictive analytics to deliver the right content at the exact moment of intent. Optimization & Analysis: Relentlessly testing, iterating, and reporting on ROI, CAC, and LTV to ensure our budget is working as hard as we are.
