About The Position

The Demand Generation Manager plays a critical role in fueling Xplor’s growth by turning smart ideas into high-impact programs that drive real pipeline. Sitting at the heart of our marketing team within our Fitness & Wellbeing vertical, this role owns the end-to-end design and execution of segment-specific, multi-channel campaigns that help us connect with the right customers, at the right time, in the right way. You’ll bring creativity, curiosity, and a test-and-learn mindset, proactively shaping campaign ideas, building programs across channels, and rolling up your sleeves to make them happen. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves blending strategy with execution and thrives in an environment where ideas move quickly from concept to launch.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation, performance marketing, or growth marketing roles with direct ownership of campaign execution.
  • Proven hands-on experience executing paid search (Google Ads) and paid social campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta/Facebook).
  • Strong experience building, deploying, and optimizing segmented email campaigns using Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Comfortable owning campaigns end-to-end, from strategy and planning through execution, optimization, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Salesforce, marketing attribution tools, and performance dashboards.
  • Highly self-directed and comfortable operating as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to translate strategy into action.

Responsibilities

  • Shape and deliver multi-channel, segmented demand generation programs that build awareness, spark engagement, and move prospects confidently through the funnel.
  • Monitor and optimize pipeline performance, actively tracking and improving MQLs, TQLs, and TQL→MQL conversion rates.
  • Design integrated campaigns that bring together email, paid media, landing pages, content, events, and product marketing to tell a consistent, compelling story.
  • Own the campaign calendar, ensuring strong alignment with product launches, thought leadership moments, regional growth priorities, and seasonal opportunities.
  • Turn strategy into action by creating clear, executable campaign plans—defining audiences, messaging, assets, timelines, and success metrics from the outset.
  • Partner closely with the rest of the marketing team to bring campaigns to life and keep everything moving on time and in the right direction.
  • Roll up your sleeves to execute segmented email campaigns, including: Audience segmentation and list management Persona-led messaging and copy creation Lead Campaign setup, QA, scheduling, and deployment (with marketing automation manager)
  • Jump into execution mode during launches, peak periods, or fast-moving moments to keep momentum high and standards strong.
  • Build, launch, and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta/Facebook.
  • Write and refine ad copy, headlines, and CTAs that resonate with target audiences and align to campaign goals.
  • Own the day-to-day performance of campaigns, including: Budget pacing and bid management Audience targeting and exclusions Ongoing creative testing and iteration Landing page performance and conversion optimization
  • Balance thoughtful planning with hands-on execution to move quickly from idea to impact.
  • Monitor and analyze performance across email, paid search, paid social, and integrated campaigns to understand what’s working—and where to improve.
  • Build clear, actionable reporting around pipeline contribution, funnel conversion, ROI, and budget pacing.
  • Use tools like Salesforce, Pardot, PowerBI, and Hockeystack to track attribution, uncover insights, and drive smarter decisions.
  • Share regular insights and recommendations rooted in data, experimentation, and industry best practices to continuously raise the bar.
