The Role: The role is hybrid 3 days in the office based out of Jersey City, NJ We’re looking for a data-driven, creative, and results-oriented Demand Generation Specialist to join our marketing team. This role is critical in developing and executing campaigns that drive awareness, generate high-quality leads, and support our revenue growth goals. You’ll work cross-functionally with sales, content, product, and digital marketing to build a scalable demand generation engine.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or digital marketing
  • Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot)
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Experience running and optimizing paid media campaigns
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Familiarity with SEO and SEM, landing page optimization, and A/B testing
  • Self-starter with a bias for action and experimentation

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel demand generation campaigns (email, paid media, webinars, ABM, content syndication, etc.)
  • Collaborate with sales to define target audiences and align lead generation strategies with pipeline goals
  • Manage and refine marketing automation workflows and lead nurturing programs
  • Monitor, measure, and report on campaign performance metrics such as MQLs, CPL, conversion rates, and ROI
  • Own and manage paid channels including LinkedIn, Google Ads, and display networks
  • Partner with content marketing to develop assets that support campaign goals
  • Continuously test and iterate on messaging, targeting, and creative to improve performance
  • Ensure accurate lead tracking and attribution in CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot)
