Demand Generation Manager at Handoff We’re looking for a hands-on Demand Generation Manager to build our acquisition engine from the ground up - designing and launching email-led, multi-channel campaigns that drive fast B2B growth. You’ll experiment, iterate, and tie every action to revenue , partnering closely with Product, Sales, and GTM Ops to turn ideas into predictable pipeline.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in demand generation, growth, or lifecycle marketing roles.
  • Background in SMB marketing motions with a strong understanding of volume, speed, and personalization.
  • Proven track record building email-centric campaigns that drove measurable pipeline.
  • Hands-on copywriter comfortable owning messaging from idea to execution.
  • Experience executing across multiple channels (email, paid, content, landing pages).
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.) and CRM systems.
  • Worked in fast-paced environments (Series A/B startups or agencies supporting similar clients).
  • Comfortable with short sales cycles and agile experimentation.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in construction, skilled trades, or local service industries (or curiosity about them).

Responsibilities

  • Build and launch email campaigns that generate pipeline and accelerate conversion within short (<30-day) sales cycles.
  • Write high-impact copy and manage campaign execution end-to-end - from brief to measurement.
  • Experiment rapidly across channels (email, paid, social, landing pages) to improve lead velocity and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and GTM Ops to align messaging, handoffs, and reporting.
  • Partner with engineering/product to connect campaign data to CRM and revenue systems.
  • Analyze campaign performance and communicate insights that shape future strategy.
  • Track and report on key metrics like open/reply rates, SQLs, and CAC
