Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or campaign marketing
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, etc.)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Comfort working from established campaign frameworks and processes
  • Analytical mindset with interest in learning campaign measurement and optimization
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or technology marketing
  • Exposure to webinars, virtual events, or field marketing programs
  • Basic understanding of demand gen metrics and funnel stages
  • Experience supporting ABM or targeted account campaigns

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the execution of integrated demand generation campaigns across email, webinars/events, paid media, content, and website
  • Building and launching campaigns in marketing automation tools (emails, landing pages, forms, nurture programs)
  • Coordinating campaign timelines, assets, and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery
  • Partnering with Product Marketing to apply messaging and positioning to campaign assets
  • Working with Sales and SDR teams to support campaign follow-up and enablement materials
  • Tracking and reporting on campaign performance (leads, engagement, MQLs, pipeline contribution)
  • QA campaigns before launch to ensure accuracy and best practices
  • Assisting with A/B testing, optimization, and post-campaign analysis
  • Maintaining campaign documentation, calendars, and reporting dashboards
