About The Position

We are looking for a Demand Generation Manager to own the revenue engine that creates a predictable pipeline of qualified leads for Sales. This is a role for someone who thrives on solving complex marketing problems, building systems, and optimizing processes to drive measurable growth. This is not a maintenance role — it’s a builder’s role. You will have ownership over the systems and processes that drive the company’s growth engine. You’ll be trusted to design, test, and optimize demand generation programs with autonomy. We expect rigor, precision, and results — and we’ll give you the tools and freedom to deliver them. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation and management
  • Strong aptitude with technology and process adoption.
  • Proven track record of building lead-gen programs that deliver pipeline
  • Epertise with CRM & automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot)
  • Strong analytical background — comfortable with CAC, CPL, funnel metrics, campaign ROI
  • Experience with paid advertising (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, social)
  • Independent, methodical, and precise — thrives on ownership and measurable results
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a law firm or similar professional services environment highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Build multi-channel campaigns across email, paid ads, social, and webinars.
  • Structure campaigns around the buyer journey: awareness → consideration → decision.
  • Partner with Sales on precise follow-up sequences to maximize conversion
  • Own the marketing automation platform (HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot).
  • Design nurture tracks to convert prospects not yet ready to buy.
  • Define and refine scoring models for clean MQL → SQL handoffd
  • Track and report on MQLs, SQLs, CAC, CPL, and funnel conversion rates.
  • Monitor pipeline contribution and campaign ROI with accuracy and transparency.
  • Provide leadership with clear, data-driven recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Client Onboarding to ensure campaigns deliver the right type of leads.
  • Work with Marketing and Product teams on content, launches, and promotions that fuel demands.
  • Test and validate new channels (LinkedIn, ABM campaigns, niche communities).
  • Conduct disciplined A/B testing on landing pages, CTAs, and email performance.
  • Scale effective campaigns; eliminate inefficiencies quickly.
