About The Position

SmartAcre is hiring a Demand Generation Manager to lead the strategy, build, and performance of integrated demand generation campaigns across a diverse B2B client portfolio. You’ll be the driving force behind the success of our clients’ multi-channel campaigns, blending strategic insight, technical expertise, and mentorship. This is a thinking-and-doing role. You will lead demand gen campaigns from concept to launch to performance improvement, ensuring that every channel works together to generate qualified pipeline. You will partner closely with Demand Gen Specialists to execute full-funnel programs that actually move revenue metrics.

Requirements

  • You have 5+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or campaign strategy for B2B organizations.
  • You have built full-funnel campaigns that include multiple channels, not just paid media.
  • You understand how to connect messaging, content, channel execution, and CRM systems into one coherent demand engine.
  • You are fluent in HubSpot Marketing Hub, including segmentation, workflows, nurture strategy, reporting, and campaign setup.
  • You understand paid platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, retargeting) well enough to execute and optimize campaigns, even if it is not your only lever.
  • You can interpret campaign data and translate it into clear actions, not vague insights.
  • You know how to work cross-functionally with other team members without losing momentum.
  • You are organized, decisive, and able to lead campaign execution without constant oversight.

Nice To Haves

  • You have experience with ABM tools like 6sense, Demandbase, or ZoomInfo intent targeting.
  • You have supported GTM strategy for SaaS, cybersecurity, manufacturing, or other complex B2B industries.
  • You have built scalable campaign templates and playbooks that improved delivery efficiency.
  • You understand sales enablement needs and how to build campaigns that help sales teams win deals.
  • You have experience supporting event/webinar programs, partner campaigns, or lifecycle marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Demand Generation Campaign Ownership
  • Own the planning and execution of integrated demand gen campaigns across assigned client accounts.
  • Translate client goals into campaign strategy, funnel-stage alignment, offers, channel sequencing, and measurable KPIs.
  • Be able to build multi-touch campaign plans that connect messaging, content, targeting, and conversion mechanics into a cohesive program if a Specialist is unavailable.
  • Ensure campaign launches are complete, coordinated, and trackable across platforms and systems.
  • Campaign Experimentation and Strategic Iteration
  • Bring a test-and-learn mindset to campaign execution.
  • Build repeatable experimentation frameworks across messaging, offers, audience targeting, landing page UX, and nurture flow.
  • Recommend where AI tools can accelerate planning, ideation, segmentation, and optimization while maintaining human quality control.
  • Identify winning plays that can be standardized and reused across accounts.
  • Multi-Channel Execution and Optimization
  • Lead campaign strategy across key demand channels including email, landing pages, paid media, LinkedIn organic, webinars/events, lead magnets, partner campaigns, and nurture programs.
  • Use paid platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, retargeting) as accelerators, not as the entire strategy.
  • Identify channel opportunities based on audience behavior, funnel stage, and conversion performance.
  • Continuously test and optimize messaging, creative angles, offers, CTAs, and audience segments.
  • Content and Offer Strategy Alignment
  • Guide the creation of campaign assets by funnel stage, including ads, landing pages, emails, nurture sequences, and downloadable offers.
  • Ensure content is mapped to campaign intent and conversion goals, not just produced for output volume.
  • Recommend repurposing strategies to maximize impact and reduce production drag.
  • HubSpot-First Campaign Build and Lifecycle Execution
  • Build or QA campaign builds inside HubSpot Marketing Hub, including campaign structure, workflows, email sequences, segmentation, forms, landing pages, and automation.
  • Partner with RevOps and HubSpot specialists to ensure lifecycle stages, scoring, routing, attribution, and reporting are aligned.
  • Build nurture paths and lifecycle logic that convert interest into qualified sales conversations.
  • Maintain campaign hygiene, naming conventions, tracking discipline, and documentation.
  • Performance Reporting and Revenue Attribution
  • Track campaign performance end-to-end, from traffic and conversion rates to lead quality, pipeline influence, and ROI.
  • Report results in a way clients understand and care about, focusing on what drove outcomes and what will change next.
  • Use HubSpot and Salesforce reporting to connect campaign execution to revenue performance.
  • Diagnose performance issues and propose corrective action quickly and clearly.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration and Delivery Discipline
  • Collaborate with Specialists, RevOps, and Creative to ensure campaigns ship on time and meet acceptance criteria.
  • Provide clear strategy, campaign requirements, and implementation direction to supporting team members.
  • Identify blockers early and coordinate solutions before campaigns stall or drift.
  • Maintain strong internal alignment so clients experience a unified, confident delivery team.
