About The Position

We are looking to hire a leader for our demand generation function Reporting to Spotnana’s SVP of Marketing, this role will be responsible for building predictable, high-quality demand by defining and executing marketing programs that generate pipeline for corporate travel managers and channel partners. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can build a robust demand generation program from the ground up, drive alignment with sales leadership on GTM strategy, and utilize data and technology to efficiently generate business results. We’re looking for a strategic thinker who possesses strong hands-on execution skills and collaborates in a positive way with teammates inside and outside the company. While this role will start as an individual contributor, we’re looking for someone who has the potential to lead a team over time.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in demand generation
  • Experience managing demand generation for B2B SaaS companies and supporting enterprise sales motions
  • Strong track record of achieving pipeline goals
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to execute hands-on
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong ability to collaborate well with people at all levels, including teammates, executives, vendors, and partners
  • Strong understanding of modern demand gen tactics, including ABM and digital acquisition
  • Innate curiosity to become an expert in our products and industry as well as explore how AI can help us scale effectively
  • Excellent technical and organizational skills
  • Skilled at leading cross-functional projects

Responsibilities

  • Drive Spotnana’s global demand generation strategy to deliver qualified pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Work closely with sales, finance, and marketing leadership to define goals, metrics and strategies that align to our company-wide objectives and growth plans.
  • Develop and execute strategies and campaigns that enable us to hit our pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Work closely with our editorial, design, and product marketing teams to ensure we build the right content and creative to connect with our target accounts.
  • Set targets, measure campaign performance, and optimize campaigns to achieve our pipeline goals.
  • Manage relationships with vendors responsible for helping us execute our campaigns.
