About The Position

As a Demand Enablement (DE) Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring our workload reporting processes are accurate and provide vital business insights for our leadership and cross-functional teams. The DE Associate is responsible for overseeing the dynamic distribution of tasks within the organization by actively monitoring our internal tools, pulling data, and adjusting hours based percentages. This role involves providing real-time direction to teams to optimize utilization, enabling Hinge Health to hit their margins targets. The DE Associate will facilitate continuous internal communication with cross-functional teams, flag utilization concerns, and update assignments in real-time. Furthermore, the position includes compiling and distributing key reports to Care Team Leaders, ensuring a clear understanding of reports.

Requirements

  • Comfortable in GoogleSheets and Excel, ability to do vlookups, sumifs, and formatting
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks consistently throughout the day and work well under pressure
  • Highly organized with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness
  • Skilled in problem solving, sound judgment, and critical thinking
  • Able to understand the impact of timely actions on team deliverables and broader business outcomes
  • Highly analytical, process-oriented thinker with the ability to communicate insights clearly
  • Completing admin tasks (status changes, admin panel work, updating hours)
  • Incorporating unique workload variations into assignments
  • Updating Workday - Setting schedules, updating PTO caps
  • Completing daily tasks such as reallocations and basic data pulls
  • Owning improvements and accuracy for all processes and responsibilities

  • Comfortable with more advanced formulas such as macros
  • Ability to consolidate tasks and present to senior leadership
  • Ability to take ownership of a problem and put together a solution
  • Healthcare + start-up experience is a plus
  • Experience with AI Tooling

Responsibilities

  • Oversees all real time member and work task distribution within the assigned org by actively monitoring Admin Panel and adjusting FTE % proactively by partnering with front line managers, product, and analytics.
  • Gives real time direction to managers and above in managing utilization based on real time demand. Gives real time direction to managers to meet daily utilization targets
  • Provides ongoing internal communications with cross functional orgs on load balancing and staffing requirements. This role is required to flag, in real time, utilization concerns, SLA concerns and overall staffing gaps.
  • Monitors and maintains daily utilization targets, service levels, and other key metrics in real time through the use of Admin Panel, reporting and other internal tools.
  • Attend critical meetings with stakeholders to share real time findings, propose permanent solutions and escalate additional real time requirements.
  • Compiles and distributes key DE reports to leaders. Understand what is expected to meet utilization and service targets for the current day and beyond.
