About The Position

We’ve developed a tech-driven equipment financing software platform called APPROVE. This new SaaS solution delivers the most innovative and effective equipment finance solution in the B2B equipment market. APPROVE customers, who are commercial and industrial equipment sellers, embed the APPROVE platform at their points-of-sale to offer their customers financing options from a network of APPROVE lenders. The Sales Enablement Associate (SEA) supports the Account Executive (AE) team by gathering, organizing, and delivering the data and materials AEs need to efficiently execute their sales activities. This role is highly operational and detail-oriented, ensuring AEs can focus their time on prospecting, relationship-building, and closing business. The SEA position is intentionally designed as a short-term, developmental role for professionals earlier in their careers. It provides hands-on exposure to the sales process, tools, and client interactions, with the goal of preparing high-performing SEAs to transition into an Account Executive role within a few months.

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing lead lists from various outlets (i.e. tradeshows, associations, buying groups, google searches, etc.)
  • Scoring leads according to the lead scoring rubric.
  • Dispersing the leads to the AEs accordingly.
  • Maintaining the CRM with relevant information.
  • Organizing and managing the interns tasked with supporting the SEA.
  • Identifying trade organizations and associations relevant to APPROVE.
  • Supporting the Sales team with customization of certain marketing assets.
