About The Position

We are looking for a Middle/Senior Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end project delivery while strengthening client partnerships and driving operational excellence. In this role, you’ll own stakeholder management, financial oversight, and team performance, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with healthy margins. You’ll shape scalable Agile processes, mentor cross-functional teams, and play a key role in building autonomous, high-performing delivery units.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in project/delivery management
• Experience as a delivery manager
• Demonstrated experience in managing projects from start to end, including inceptions
• Experience managing external clients
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Exceptional English level

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Computer Science or related field
• Experience working cross-functionally with groups like Software Developers, Delivery/Project Managers, and Account Managers
• Proven ability to prepare detailed proposals and manage pre-sales processes
• High level of organization, planning, prioritization and attention to detail
• Strong team orientation, maintain partnerships, collaborate and influence across multiple stakeholders
• Excellent client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main client contact throughout the project lifecycle
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring needs are met and expectations exceeded
• Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time, within scope and budget
• Manage project financials, including estimates, expenses, revenue, and profitability
• Lead and coordinate project teams, assigning tasks, setting deadlines, and providing feedback
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues proactively
• Develop comprehensive project plans with clear objectives, deliverables, and resource allocation
• Implement and optimize processes to ensure successful project delivery
