About The Position

The Delivery Manager will be responsible for identifying business and technology gaps for clients, co-creating solutions with C-level executives, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex, large-scale strategy and consulting projects. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills to manage multiple work streams and projects while fostering client relationships.

  • Experience with consulting firms such as Accenture, Deloitte, Bain, McKinsey, or BCG.

Responsibilities

  • Define business and technology gaps for clients, co-create solutions and initiatives with C-level clients, develop project plans, implementation timelines, and manage project budgets.
  • Focus on Commercial Excellence (CRM, QTC, Finance) and Data & Automation (operational metrics, data pipelines, data warehouse, BI layer).
  • Serve as a proactive change driver, partnering with clients to lead transformations and solve common business challenges through innovative solutions.
  • Demonstrate the ability to thrive and make decisions in dynamic, uncertain environments, showing flexibility and resilience in the face of shifting priorities or unclear information.
  • Communicate project updates, design decisions, risks, and issues to C-level clients and board members on a weekly basis.
  • Collaborate with TechTorch team members and client teams daily to drive project delivery and solutions.
  • Own accountability for key clients and accounts at TechTorch, creating and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Manage multiple work streams and projects simultaneously, utilizing tools like MS Project and JIRA to manage sprint plans, deliverables, and milestones. Familiarity with methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall is essential.
  • Collaborate effectively with both technical and business teams.
