The Opportunity As part of the Delivery Manager team you manage IT project planning, delivery, and execution using Agile methodology. As a Senior Manager you lead large projects and innovate processes, focusing on achieving results and maintaining operational excellence. You oversee development projects and technical operational aspects for a specific business area's applications, making sure of successful implementation and upgrades.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- 6 years of experience in progressive roles managing IT project planning, delivery, and execution using Agile methodology
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Systems Analysis, or Management Information Systems preferred
- Understanding Agile methods (Scrum, etc.) and establishing smooth flow (Kanban, etc.)
- Showcasing knowledge of Microsoft based technologies including ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server, SSRS, etc.
- Driving development of new business capabilities using technology
- Managing Cloud-based implementations and upgrades
- Implementing Continuous Integration and DevOps
- Understanding Traditional Waterfall/Iterative methods (RUP, etc.)
- Understanding IT Service Management industry leading practices (ITIL)
- Leveraging SDLC Methodology
