Position Summary: The Delivery Manager, People Technology, is responsible for providing essential support to the People Organization by managing the execution of technology projects and operational initiatives across the People Technology ecosystem, which includes Workday, SuccessFactors, UKG, and additional platforms. This individual will collaborate with BIT, People Organization and vendor partners to ensure successful project execution, support software evaluations/RFP/RFI, cyber and data privacy reviews and ongoing operational needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT project delivery, preferably supporting PEOPLE technology platforms (Workday, SuccessFactors, UKG).
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and RFP processes in a cross-functional environment.
  • Strong understanding of PEOPLE processes and systems.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with external vendors and managing service delivery.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Project management certification (PMP, Agile, etc.) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the delivery of projects and enhancements for Workday, SuccessFactors, and UKG platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between BIT and the People Organization for Technology initiatives.
  • Coordinate and facilitate RFP processes for new People technology solutions, including requirements gathering, vendor evaluation, and selection.
  • Oversee ongoing operational support, issue resolution, and system maintenance for People Technology platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (People Organization, BIT, vendors) to define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and documentation to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues, proactively driving resolution and mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements in all People technology initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the People technology landscape.
  • Support change management and user adoption activities for new system implementations and upgrades.
