Your Opportunity, Your Team We are seeking a Manager, Global People Technology , to lead a team of senior analysts to deliver the Global People Team Portfolio Roadmap. This role is central to transforming the People Team into a more agile, automated and data-driven function through optimization, integrations, and process innovation. You will be part of the People Solutions Leadership Team and collaborate with COEs, Technology, Legal, and vendor partners to guide innovation, ensure operational excellence, and uphold critical protocols. You will report to the Director, Global People Solutions. Where You'll Work This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at our West Chester, PA (Studio Park) location several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or Delaware. Relocation assistance is not available for this role What You'll Do Collaborative Leader: Manage a team of senior analysts, mentoring for growth and ensuring delivery excellence, while partnering closely with HR technology experts and occasionally performing hands-on configuration. Strategy and Execution: Combine strategic oversight with practical involvement in technical work—leading functional workshops, guiding complex configuration initiatives, and contributing to critical projects to deliver high-quality HR technology solutions. Drive Innovation: Identify opportunities for automation, system simplification, process optimization, and user experience enhancements across core HR processes. Ensure Technology Delivers: Oversee initiatives that make the HR Technology ecosystem scalable, compliant, and intuitive for global employee experiences. Own Vendor Partnerships: Oversee vendor relationships, RFI/RFP processes, and contract performance to ensure alignment with roadmap priorities. Ensure Security and Compliance: Partner with Technology and Legal to uphold cybersecurity, user access, and data privacy protocols. Influence Strategy: Use analytics and technical insights to shape roadmap decisions and deliver scalable solutions that meet business needs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of configuration experience in the Workday Ecosystem
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams and delivering through others.
  • Hands-on technical expertise: configuration, integrations, and troubleshooting in Workday (including HCM, Security, and ideally Workday Prism), ServiceNow, Kronos, and related tools.
  • Experience leading complex configuration initiatives and partnering closely with senior HR stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of data integrity, compliance, and security protocols.
  • Ability to translate complex system concepts into clear, actionable recommendations for HR stakeholders.
  • Experience working across global teams within a complex organizational structure.
