Job Description: This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of project/small program deliverables which requires the engagement of multiple teams. Key responsibilities include communicating work objectives, coordinating delivery, facilitating sync points across teams, providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables, and managing program risk and compliance to standards. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline, and cost. Job Profile Summary This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the End of Life (EOL) efforts across multiple GMT SLT teams and assisting with GMT-level efforts including data analysis, preparation of management materials and EOL governance activities. Role will require strong project management, communication/collaboration, and data analysis skills. Individuals with prior experience (4+ years) in a COO related role of PM/ PMO role within the financial industry.

Requirements

  • Ability to navigate all levels of the organization to influence behavior and culture as it applies to EOL remediation.
  • 5+ years Project and Program Management experience.
  • Executive presence: Comfort working with SLT and SLT-1 to communicate program status and to secure approvals as needed.
  • Knowledge of information security controls, infrastructure, risks and remediation.
  • Basic knowledge of SDLC.
  • Excellent MS-Office skills (including PowerPoint (for presentations) and Excel (for manipulating large amounts of data). For Excel, must be proficient with pivot tables, XLOOKUP, basic formulas and chart creation.
  • Organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Skilled in handling multiple priorities with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work within a team but also can work for extended period in standalone roles to meet targets and deadlines.
  • Ability to analyze details and shape results into conclusions and recommendations for management.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to influence and drive application teams to required outcomes.
  • Must be able to collaborate and influence across a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

  • Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery (for example, kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates, etc.)
  • Manages coordination of delivery and dependencies across multiple teams
  • Facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline
  • Provides status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery, risks, issues, and schedule
  • Works with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements
  • Supports resource planning for delivery and execution
  • Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards
  • Partner with GMT Hygiene Team members and contacts across GMT to: - Drive collection of End of Life (EOL) remediation plans over 24-month product support end horizon. Facilitate Technology Executive, CIO and 2nd Line review and approval of plans. - Analyze and communicate EOL data to AIT teams - Assist in preparation of management reporting materials as well we communications to development teams.
