About The Position

Key Responsibilities
Operate company delivery vehicles safely and efficiently to transport goods according to established routes and schedules.
Load and unload products while ensuring accurate verification of orders, invoices, and delivery documentation.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
Follow all traffic laws, company policies, and delivery procedures to maintain safety and reliability.
Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries by maintaining professionalism, courtesy, and clear communication.
Report vehicle issues, delivery delays, or discrepancies promptly to dispatch or supervisors.
Support warehouse operations as needed, including assisting in organizing and staging deliveries.
Required Key Skills and Qualifications

Valid Driver’s License: Must possess a clean driving record appropriate for the vehicle class Class C.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
Experience: Previous delivery or logistics experience preferred; familiarity with local routes is a plus.
Driving and Navigation Proficiency: Ability to use GPS and mapping tools for efficient route planning.
Customer Service Skills: Demonstrated professionalism, courtesy, and problem-solving in customer interactions.
Attention to Detail: Ensures accurate deliveries, documentation, and order handling.
Time Management: Ability to organize routes and manage schedules effectively.
Physical Capability: Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment.
