We’re looking for a Delivery Driver / Commercial Counter Salesperson to join our team and play a critical part in our daily operations. This dynamic hybrid role is responsible for the timely delivery of product to our clients and customers while also service as a key point of contact in-store, guiding customers through the tire purchasing process and ensuring a seamless experience at Pomp's.

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License and ability to pass pre-employment driver’s file
• Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 50 pounds regularly, and up to 100 pounds occasionally
• Ability to assess and address customer tire and service needs effectively
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and co-workers
• Ability to read and verify work order information

Nice To Haves

• Previous customer service experience is preferred
• Sales experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safe and timely delivery of products to our valued clients
• Load and unload products at client locations and warehouses with care and efficiency
• Deliver products reliably in all weather conditions
• Provide support in the warehouse when not on delivery routes
• Maintain a clean and well-functioning vehicle
• Serve as a first point of contact for in-store customers, providing a high level of customer service
• Guide customers in selecting the right tires based on their needs and preferences
• Provided recommendations on available services and products
• Assist with inventory management to ensure accurate stock levels
• Process invoices efficiently and accurately
• Other duties as assigned by manager
