We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Delivery Coordinator to join our team, ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of direct medical equipment to our clients. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional logistics or delivery experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift and carry medical equipment safely
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and delivery routes

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of healthcare delivery environments is a plus

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute the delivery of direct medical equipment to healthcare facilities and patients
• Schedule delivery routes and manage delivery timelines to ensure punctuality
• Verify delivery details and ensure accurate documentation of all shipments
• Communicate effectively with clients, healthcare providers, and internal teams regarding delivery status
• Handle equipment handling, setup, and demonstration as required
• Maintain delivery vehicle cleanliness and ensure proper maintenance
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements during transportation and delivery
• Resolve delivery issues or discrepancies promptly and professionally
