Requirements

Valid Driver’s License
Must be at least 18 years old
2 years of Retail/Direct to consumer sales experience
Must be able to effectively communicate and demonstrate each feature of the vehicle
Must be available to work nights, weekends
Ability to explain technology to individuals who may/may not be technologically inclined
Self-Starter with proven ability to seek out new ways to build opportunities for the dealership and customer satisfaction

Bilingual skills is preferred

Responsibilities

Responsible for at-home deliveries and transporting vehicles between other Lexus and Heritage stores
Introduces customers to service and parts personnel, indicating shop location and hours of operation
Follows up with all sales and warranty customers within 48 hours to ensure customer satisfaction
Career Growth to Service Advisor or Sales Associate
