About The Position

The Clerk is responsible for assisting the delivery team in all aspects of operations including delivery, scheduling, and inventory.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 6 to 12 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 18 years old
  • Regular and prompt attendance is an essential function of the job
  • Ability to read, write and speak English
  • Ability to utilize all provided resources and technology
  • Ability to demonstrate oral/written communication and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with all functional team members
  • Effective planning and organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Assist with clerical duties
  • Process inbound and outbound shipments
  • Verify and correct inbound and outbound deliveries
  • Assist Inventory Clerk in counting and investigate inventory variances
  • Validate out of stock reports
  • Maintain the inbound and outbound dock scheduling
  • Create purchase order for products and miscellaneous items
  • Process reports for the Warehouse team
  • Complete general housekeeping duties
