Requirements

One to three (1-3) years of industry related work experience.
In-depth knowledge of fire sprinkler systems, including design, installation, operation, and maintenance.
Familiarity with local and national fire codes and regulations, such as NFPA standards.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and analyze deficiencies and propose effective solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to prepare detailed reports and interact with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills.
Eagerness for professional development and growth.
Ability to pass various background checks.
Reliable transportation, valid State Driver's License with acceptable driving record for use of company vehicle.

Nice To Haves

Associate or bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
Experience in conducting inspections or assessments of fire protection systems.

Responsibilities

Responsible for administrative and accounting tasks for managers and department staff.
Responding to telephone inquiries, develop quotes, project and contract processing, accounts payable, billing, accounts receivable and collections. May also handle purchasing and receiving procedures.
Supports division or department sales activities as needed.
