About The Position

If you enjoy digging into data and driving results, this role is for you! As a Deductions Analyst, you'll play a critical role in managing customer deductions and trade spend verification. Your day-to-day will include:

Requirements

Two-year accounting degree or equivalent experience.
3+ years in accounts receivable with a focus on deduction resolution, collections, and problem-solving.
Strong organizational and communication abilities.
Intermediate Excel skills and proficiency with multiple systems (HighRadius, CAS, JDE).
Customer-focused with tactful communication skills.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Investigate & Resolve : Research deductions, identify root causes, and determine next steps to clear them.
Collaborate Across Teams : Work closely with Sales, Credit, and Customer Operations to resolve issues and maintain strong relationships.
Analyze Trends : Spot patterns in deductions and share insights to prevent future issues.
Ensure Accuracy : Validate trade deductions against promotional contracts and proof of performance requirements.
Drive Process Improvements : Partner with your team to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
