About The Position
Join our team as a Debt Resolutions Specialist (Collector) at Interior Federal! We are looking for a dedicated individual to assist with our loan processes and ensure excellent member service. Key Responsibilities Manage delinquent loan accounts, collect past‑due payments, and coordinate collateral recovery Process charge‑offs and escalate significant issues to the Debt Resolutions Supervisor Monitor and work daily Overdraft Privilege Program (ODP) reports Partner with members and collection agencies to set up Fresh Start arrangements and post payments Respond to credit bureau disputes and maintain accurate documentation and account records Qualifications Experience: 1–3 years of similar or related experience Education: High school diploma or GED Skills: Strong communication and conflict‑resolution abilities Experience with Symitar preferred Proficient computer, keyboarding, and 10‑key skills Ability to lift or pull up to 25 pounds Why Join Us? Requirements
