About The Position

At Twin City Dodge, part of The Chariot Automotive Group, we are seeking a Dealership Service Videographer. This position is ideal for individuals who have a passion for videography and cars. No prior automotive experience is required as training will be provided. The primary responsibility involves taking short videos of service vehicles to record their condition when they come in for maintenance or repairs. The successful candidate will work directly with Service Advisors and Technicians to record, manage, and upload videos for service customers, explaining the overall condition of the vehicle and the multi-point inspection performed. Twin City Dodge has been family owned and operating since 1974, building a legacy with its Value Statements and becoming a familiar face in the community.

Requirements

  • Must have Video Experience or be well versed with using a phone or tablet for video recording
  • Must be well spoken and articulate
  • Must have clear, professional speaking voice for video
  • Must have the ability to manage video files for upload
  • Does require spending 6-8 hours standing and walking
  • No prior automotive experience necessary
  • Have a valid driver's license with no major violations or suspensions in the last 7 years
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen
  • Submit a 1-2 minute video of yourself describing the features and benefits of a vehicle available to you

Responsibilities

  • Take short videos of service vehicles that come in for maintenance or repairs and record the condition of the vehicle
  • Work directly with our Service Advisors and Technicians to Record, Manage and Upload videos for our service customers while their vehicles are in our service department for repair
  • Explain the overall condition of the vehicle and the multi point inspection that was performed in the videos
  • Ensure vehicles are parked safely and efficiently in designated areas
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area
  • Assist technicians with basic tasks as needed to enhance workflow
  • Support the team in maintaining high standards of hospitality and customer care
