Requirements

Ability to follow instructions from supervisors.
Knowledge of facility upkeep and repairs.
Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to Multi-task
Self-starter mentality
HVAC Maintenance, Minor Electrical, Drywall Repair, Door Repairs, Minor Plumbing Repairs
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
Related experience preferred.
On-the-job training offered.
Prolonged periods of standing and walking
Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds or more at a time

Responsibilities

Assist with the upkeep of the building & properties.
Oversee operations of business properties.
Provide preventative and corrective maintenance.
Performs general repairs that do not require a specialized technician. Examples may include repairing drywall, painting, and repairing doors and other building fixtures.
Performs other related duties as assigned
